The Black Lion is an ideal place to hold your function. With two different spaces, we can host anything from a sit down meal and canape parties to unforgettable wedding days.
Provided we have an advance order that meets our minimum pre-order requirements, then we do not charge a room hire fee. If you do not wish to pre-order, then there will be a room hire charge.

The Green house
Our outside Green House is the perfect space for this big occasions and unforgettable days. Situated in our garden right next to the Thames, the Green House has space for 80 seated and 120 standing.
The skittle alley
Housed in an old skittle alley, this beautiful space is the ideal choice for sit-down dinners. From Christmas parties to wedding days, our beloved skittle alley can hold it all. We have room for 40 seated and 80 standing.
